Rental Terms and Conditions

Before booking a vehicle or chauffeur service with us, please take a moment to review our rental terms and conditions outlined below. By making a reservation with Sandy Feet, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Driver’s License and Age Requirements:

   • All drivers must present a valid driver's license at the time of rental.
   • The minimum age to rent a vehicle with Sandy Feet is 25 years old.
   • Drivers under the age of 25 may be subject to additional fees and restrictions.

2. Reservation and Payment:

   • Reservations can be made online through our website, via phone, or in person at our office.
   • A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
   • Payment is due in full at the time of vehicle pickup.
   • We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

3. Rental Period:

   • The rental period begins and ends at the dates and times specified in your reservation.
   • Vehicles must be returned to the designated location by the agreed-upon return time.
   • Late returns may be subject to additional fees.

4. Vehicle Use and Restrictions:

   • The rented vehicle must only be driven by authorized drivers listed on the rental agreement.
   • The vehicle must be used in accordance with local traffic laws and regulations.
   • Smoking and pets are prohibited inside the rental vehicles.

5. Insurance and Liability:

   • All rental vehicles are covered by basic insurance, which includes collision and liability coverage.
   • Additional insurance options may be available for purchase at the time of rental.
   • Renters are responsible for any damage or loss to the vehicle, including theft, vandalism, and accidents.

6. Fuel Policy:

   • Vehicles are provided with a full tank of fuel at the time of rental.
   • Renters are responsible for returning the vehicle with the same level of fuel.
   • A refueling fee will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel than at the time of rental.

7. Cancellation and Modifications:

   • Cancellations or modifications to reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
   • Failure to cancel or modify a reservation within the specified time frame may result in fees or penalties.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions:

   • Sandy Feet reserves the right to amend these rental terms and conditions at any time.
   • Any changes will be communicated to customers in advance.
